Nairobi deliveries
In-stock items within Nairobi are scheduled with the customer after order confirmation. Same-day service is not guaranteed unless confirmed by our team.
Deliveries outside Nairobi
For destinations elsewhere in Kenya, we arrange delivery directly or through an agreed courier. Timing varies by location, product size and carrier schedule.
Preparation and packaging
Products are checked and packaged for transport. Large, fragile or custom pieces may require additional preparation time.
Assembly and installation
Assembly or installation can be arranged where applicable. Confirm site access, lift availability, door dimensions and working-hour restrictions before delivery.
Receiving an order
