Two-year warranty and expert support
Eligible Furniture Decor products are supported by a two-year warranty against covered manufacturing defects, subject to the product’s warranty terms and proper use.
Custom builds
Custom-built furniture includes two-year coverage for qualifying workmanship and material defects under normal intended use.
Retail products
Retail products are covered according to the warranty supplied with the item. Ask our team to confirm coverage before purchase if a product has specific manufacturer terms.
How to make a claim
- Gather your invoice or order reference.
- Take clear photographs or video of the issue.
- Email info@furnituredecor.co.ke with the product and issue details.
- Allow our team to review the claim and arrange inspection where necessary.
Important exclusions
- Normal wear and tear
- Accidental damage, misuse or neglect
- Unauthorised repairs or modifications
- Damage caused by unsuitable cleaning products or environmental conditions
- Movement or transport performed by another party after delivery
Care guidance
Follow the cleaning and maintenance guidance supplied with your furniture. Avoid excess moisture, harsh chemicals, direct heat and loads beyond the product’s intended use.
