We aim to keep descriptions, images, prices and availability accurate. Colours and finishes may vary by display or material. We may correct errors or update information. If an ordered item is unavailable, we will contact you about an alternative or refund.

4. Orders and payment

Order information must be complete and accurate. An order is accepted when confirmed by Furniture Decor. We may decline or cancel an order where necessary. Payment must use an approved method and may be processed by a third-party payment provider.

5. Delivery and shipping

Delivery dates are estimates unless expressly confirmed. Customers must provide accurate delivery details and disclose access restrictions. Additional charges may apply where delivery cannot be completed because access information was incomplete.

6. Returns and refunds

Eligible returns must follow our Return & Refund Policy, including the seven-day request period and product-condition requirements. Approved refunds are normally processed within 21 business days.

7. Warranty

Warranty claims are subject to the coverage, exclusions and claim process described on our Warranty page and any product-specific manufacturer terms.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Furniture Decor is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from website use or a product. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.
